My quilt Venetian Tiles
I made this quilt for myself. I got the pattern out of a magazine and showed a picture of it here on my blog a while back. Of course I chose a different colorway. It is queen sized but I am showing 1/4 of it in the picture. Now to quilt it.
Quilting
These are pictures of a quilt I quilted for Evelyn. She is making two similar quilts for her granddaughters. This is the first one. I love all the bright cheerful colors in it. I went with hearts and flowers for the quilting, I love how it turned out and she was very pleased with it as well.

Hearts Quilt
I had started this as a healthy heart quilt a while back, but lost motivation all the way around. This is just the top, still need to quilt it.
Round Robin 2010 Nancy
This is the next round of Nancy's quilt. She made the feathered star center and I believe the first border. The second border is by Cat as well as out to the green border. Cat had made the square on point borders and sent them along to me, all I had to do was make and add the corner stars and sew it on. I love how it turned out.

customer quilt for her grandson
Next is a picture ofthe overall quilting for a customer's grandson's quilt, its made with fun outdoorsy fabrics.
I just finished a quilt for a customer. She made this for her 14 year old grandson. I utilized golden threads paper to do the fish and bears and its my first time using it. I loved it. easy to use and worked great. Sheloves stippling so I did that and threw in some fun stuff as well.
edited to add: customer didn't care for the bears, felt they may be too juvenile for a 14 yr old. Looks like some unpicking might be in my future. we'll see what the Mom thinks tomorrow.
edited to add again: The quilt was well liked by the Mother of the recipient so no unpicking was necessary. Wheww!!1
